If a guide, audiobook, or course isn’t right for you, email me within 14 days of purchase and I’ll give you a full refund – no hassle. You don’t need to give a reason, though I’d love to hear your feedback. (One refund per customer.)

Your statutory rights

Consumers normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital downloads, this right ends once the download begins, provided you agreed to immediate access at checkout. My guarantee above gives you 14 days either way.

Editing services

• Before I start: if you cancel before I begin work, you’ll get a full refund.

• Once I’ve started: if you cancel part-way through, I’ll refund the fee for the work not yet done.

• After delivery: once I’ve returned your edited document, the fee isn’t refundable. But if you’re unhappy with any part of the edit, let me know within 14 days and I’ll look at it again.

Any terms specific to your project will be confirmed in your quote. If you’re a consumer and you ask me to start within 14 days of booking, you’ll pay for any work done before you cancel. None of this affects your legal rights if the work isn’t done with reasonable care and skill.

How refunds work

Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days of my confirming them, depending on your bank.
